A leading consumer goods company, making and marketing products in the foods, home and personal care sectors on a global basis.

The Customer Replenishment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. The main focus is on improving on-shelf availability. This involves working closely with the buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance. The Customer Replenishment Specialist decides how many lines should be bought, and in what quantities.

The successful graduate will play a key role within the organisation, as profitability can be affected by how successfully you undertake your work. You will be responsible for managing the performance of ranges and planning promotions. You will also oversee delivery and distribution of stock and deal with suppliers.

Requirements:

- The individuals will be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about delivering.
- Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills are preferred.
- They will have a demonstrable track record of delivery in customer service including good experience with managing customers with experience in customer service.
