French and Flemish Technical Support Agents are required for a multinational organisation based in Greenock. You will provide excellent levels of customer service and technical support to clients based in France and Belgium, dealing with 1st Line technical issues in a professional and efficient manner.
You will be dealing with queries coming in via email, phone, fax and more and will deliver excellent customer service.
A relocation package is provided as the role is based in Greenock, Scotland. Flight and transport fees will be covered and 10 days BandB accommodation provided. An interest free loan of up to ??700 is offered, ??300 of which is not repaid for people who remain in the role for 18 months. Help will be provided to find flats and open bank accounts and anything else to assist in a smooth relocation.
Successful candidates must be:
- Fluent in French and Flemish with excellent English skills
- Professional with an articulate manner
