Graduate Designs On Sale At Oasis

The designs of university graduates have been included in fashion store Oasis's latest collection Designer Collective.

The designs of university graduates have been included in fashion store Oasis's latest collection Designer Collective.

Heather Reid, Sarah Bird and Clare Caudwell have all been given a helping hand by the high street chain by having their spring and summer designs incorporated into the collection and put on sale across the country and online.

Among the range is a white rose print shift skirt and maxi-dress designed by Ms Caudwell, a Nottingham Trent University graduate, and a yellow draped-neck dress by Ms Bird, who attended New Buck University.

A representative for Oasis said: "British fashion is all about supporting emerging design talent and this new collection seeks to do just that."

The news comes after another high street store, Warehouse, joined forces with The British Fashion Council to offer one design graduate the chance to have their designs produced and sold.
