My client is a well known global company who supply the world and their cars with tyres.
This is your chance to join a world leader in tyre production and distribution as a Sales and Marketing Trainee. If you speak another European language and have a 2:1 or higher within Economics, Business, Marketing or Management related disciplines then this could be the role for you!
You will gain exposure across a range of commercial disciplines at an international level. After an introductory programme and extensive training, you will work rotations in the UK for six months including all of the Head Office functions, working at a client location and exposure to sales before completing a second rotation in Germany (speaking English if you do not speak German) for one year. During your rotations you will develop an internal and external network and gain knowledge across the entire business preparing you for a challenging position in one of their sales or marketing channels.

Service suppliers
Customer associations and marketing groups.
Customer's customers (during six week placement)
Principal Accountabilities:
Learning, development and training principles
Learn by means of clearly defined tasks and projects in various areas
Experience the external world of the customer and the internal reality of the company
Gain knowledge of local markets and culture as well as knowledge of international sales and marketing, products, processes and tools.
Face and tackle challenges at intersecting areas within the company
Develop a network of internal contacts
UK Programme Details:
10-12 weeks in various head office functions
4 weeks with the Customer Order Team or Supply Chain

Requirements:
Grade 2:1 or above
Clean UK driving license
Strong record of acheivement
Project experience
Fluency in German
