Sarah Churchman, director of student recruitment and diversity at accountancy giant PriceWaterhouseCoopers, explains what it takes to get a job at the company just voted top employer in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers guide for the second year running.

Most graduates join our assurance business, which includes auditing and business advice. We have about 700 vacancies a year here and salaries start at £24,500. There are also 150 vacancies in taxation and other openings in corporate finance.
