My client provides financial services in the form of wealth management and fiduciary services at a global level to high net-worth individuals.
  • Role Description:
  • Reporting Relationships
  • The incumbent will report to the Directors.
  • Working Relationships
  • The main working relationships are with the investment professionals within the team (of which there are currently nine) as well as directly with clients.
Overall Purpose
  • To support the members of the team in the provision of investment advisory services and to support and manage private client and family office relationships.
Principal Elements and Accountabilities
  • Preparing investment analysis for clients which will involve significant spreadsheet work including the collation and appropriate presentation of various data.
  • Assisting with due diligence of investment managers and preparing reports thereon.
  • Assisting with the preparation of investment proposals, reports and presentations for clients.
  • Monitoring investment portfolios, making appropriate recommendations and ensuring the implementation thereof.
Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree (financial, engineering or science) and relevant post graduate qualification.
  • Experience within the asset management or wealth management industry.
  • Good knowledge of different asset classes and investment markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven research skills.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent level of Excel ability.
  • Excellent communication skills (in particular, writing skills).

  • Trustworthy and diligent with high level of integrity.
  • Methodical and meticulous - high attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm when under pressure
  • Assertiveable to get one's views across.
  • Flexible - willing to travelwork extra hours when required.
