It got to a point where we couldn't ignore it especially from clients in the IT and Analytical sectors. For the past few months we have been building up our pool of experienced and talented graduates , two to three years into their career. Once we had reached a sizeable pool of updated CVs we decided it was time to bring this unique pool to market. With this strong database, careful staff planning (not to mention some luck and timing) it became a reality. We chose a London office to be near clients and there's no doubt that is has made a difference to generating new business too as well as attracting new staff."
