This FTSE250 recruiter originally met the GRB staff at a University Careers Fair. They could see how popular our stand was and quickly realised our strong brand presence in the student market. For this project the team recruited three graduates for their graduate scheme.
What was your business challenge/need at the time that required a new hire?
For the last 5 years we have hired Associates onto an executive sponsored programme, however as we are still relatively unknown in the graduate space, we were facing challenges on attracting the right calibre of candidates and getting to a large audience of people nationally.
Why were you looking for a graduate?
Our associate and graduate programmes have now become a stable part of our resource planning annually. Graduates have proven that they can be an effective resource in many different business areas and that their loyalty, hard work ethic and enthusiasm makes for very good business.
