A rapidly expanding board advisory firm seeks a digital marketing and data specialist with robust digital and event management expertise. In this role, you'll drive the brand and enhance relationships with both new and existing clients.

The Role:
You will be focused on creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, managing various channels, overseeing events, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
- You will be a fully integrated and crucial member of the design, research and delivery team, collaborating closely with the graphic designer and senior team.
- Working across the three core business areas, driving marketing and client engagement efforts while aligning them with the firm's growth objectives.
- Expect a high level of responsibility, shaping the business and influencing its performance.
- You'll experience a steep learning curve, gaining insights into how boards function, their composition, key governance issues, and valuation drivers.
- Engage directly with clients, including senior business leaders, significantly contributing to marketing and client engagement success.
- Contribute to their thought leadership through articles and events, showcasing perspectives on critical business and governance matters.

Required Skills:
- Be able to understand clients' perspectives and translate them into effective communications.
- Self-starting, and able to create and execute marketing initiatives in line with the overall strategy and objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple media, as well as the confidence to network with senior business leaders.
- Experience across a broad range of communication channels, in particular, digital and social media.
- Analytical and data-driven with a good understanding of how to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities.
- Attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of output and consistency in branding and positioning.
- Passionate about sustainability, diversity and the environment.
- Able to work well with the in-house design team, researchers, Partners and external service providers.
- Experience working with Google Analytics
