Oracle - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage one or more Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
• Drive continuous improvement within the team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Manage project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective quality control processes.

Skills:

• Project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile and Scrum roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Experience with IT and software development projects is preferred.
