Empowering Female Futures in Cyber Security - February 2022
About the role:
Looking to kickstart your career in Cyber Security and intrigued to learn more as to why Accenture is an employer of choice for both technology and diversity? In February 2022 we launch our Empowering Female Futures learning experience for those applying to our London-based Security Graduate Programme.
Technology is changing the world faster than ever before - and at the heart of every great change is a great human. We are looking for people with ideas, ingenuity, and a passion for making a difference to join our Technology Graduate Programmes at Accenture. Every day around the world, we work with exceptional people, the latest and greatest tech and leading companies across. You'll learn, grow and advance in a diverse culture of shared success, where we'll empower you to bring your skills, your curiosity, and your best true self to your work.
At Accenture, we feel strongly about the importance of inclusion and diversity. We believe our strength, and opportunity to stay at the forefront of technological innovation, is powered by our people and their diversity of thought. This is why we have developed the Empowering Female Futures learning series - to support you to learn more about why at Accenture we care about the individual, to help you identify and harness your strengths throughout our assessment process, and to foster a support network amongst those with a shared passion for Technology.
The experience is shaped around three pillars:
Inspire - have the opportunity to connect with inspiring females across our business. That includes our female Technology Leaders, females currently on our graduate programme, and members of our internal Accent on Gender network. Learn about their personal journeys, experiences, and why they choose Accenture. You'll also get a sneak peek into the workings of our Innovation Hub - and get insight into how being aware of orthodoxies can help drive technology innovation for our clients!
Inform - learn more about our business, the amazing technology we work with, our culture, the programme you are applying for, and what life is really like at Accenture. You'll get the opportunity to ask all the questions you might have - whatever they might be!
Educate - hear from our Senior Recruiters about our assessment process, why we adopt Strengths-Based Interviewing (SBI), and how you can prepare for this style of questions.
The core of this learning experience will be a one-day virtual connect on the 22nd of February 2022.
