We're transforming our Data and Technology team, making this a very exciting time to join as a Graduate Analyst as you'll have a key role in the development and delivery of technology and software solutions that support Brit’s innovative business objectives.
What can you expect?
This scheme consists of a two-year rotational placement within the Brit Projects Team – enabling you to develop an in-depth understanding of the skills required to build a successful career in business analysis and product management.
This exciting role will provide opportunities to work with established product owners, scrum masters and several agile departments to identify and improve tools, systems and platforms that enhance Brit’s ability to create next-generation solutions and services.
Ultimately, this is a chance to gain invaluable insights and exposure across several departments at Brit Insurance for a broad overview of our business and the wider insurance industry.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering project tasks – you’ll see projects through to completion.
- Working directly with customers to understand and identify issues for remediation.
- Collaborating with the technical team to implement updates.
- Participating in various stages of product delivery, from concept to completion.
- Testing and optimising features to ensure product delivery exceeds expectations.

What do I need?
We’re looking for candidates who have achieved or be on course for a 2:1 in any discipline and are available to start in September 2024.
