Our Graduate Program
The Essity GO! Program offers you a real job with real responsibilities from day one. We are looking for candidates to join our Consumer Goods Sales team and help shape the future of Essity. The GO! Program is a great way to start to use those skills you have learned and put them to the test in a real job with real responsibilities, while you take the driver's seat in your development. What to Expect?
Our two-year graduate program will give you real responsibility from the very beginning. While working in our Consumer Goods sales team, you'll be working closely with talented and committed sales professionals. You will be working across our market leading brands such as: Cushelle, Plenty, Velvet, Tena, and Bodyform. This department contributes a significant share of the consumer goods Europe business and deals with the most important retailers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Your Key Focus Areas will Initially Be:
- Client relationship management, running defined projects, and support the day-to-day operations
- Client visits and contribute significantly to client sell ins and workshops
- Gaining and developing profitable accounts developing a acute understanding of what drives profitable business and how to make sustainable in the long term
- Support in delivering critical decision-making tools to sales and marketing that are dynamic, interactive, robust, flexible and financially insightful
- Monitor competitor activity in each customer and participate in the development and implementation of appropriate activities
- Develop skills to deliver business critical objectives by leading cross functional teams

Who You Are
- Minimum Bachelors degree completed by September 2021, at the start of our GO! Graduate program
- Maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage
- Excellent level of English is required and good skills in at least one other major language is preferred
- International mindset from working and or studying abroad, or an interest in collaborating with people from different cultures
- A willingness to travel and relocate if needed
