The role involves managing the end-to-end search process, from market mapping and candidate outreach to client interaction and delivering results from projects. Associates will have opportunities to work closely with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to global markets, and participate in client meetings and networking events, including travel across Europe and North America.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting full lifecycle search processes, including building candidate lists, making introductions, and preparing client presentations.
- Maintaining and expanding market mappings, contributing to quarterly reports, and supporting database development.
- Collaborating with teams across verticals to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
- Building strong client relationships and representing the firm in market interactions.
You Need:
- A strong academic background, with demonstrable knowledge of financial markets.
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a professional demeanor.
