Executive Search Associate - Hospitality&Leisure

This consultancy is a leading retained executive search firm with an international reach. Their team are in the US, Canada, UK, Europe and Turkey. They work with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies within the retail, hospitality and leisure industries.

They are looking for an extremely bright, ambitious, self-motivated candidate to join their international team. This is an extremely lucrative and exciting position for graduates and those with up to 2 years commercial experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the research strategy of your team
• Compiling candidate reports
• Completing formal and informal candidate referencing

As well as:

• Contacting candidate by email, LinkedIn and telephone
• Screen candidates against a brief, creating a candidate profile based on this
• Support with the preparation of client pitches and proposals
• Be present on all client calls to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the work
• Support with lead aspects of client and business development

About You

• At least a 2:1 or equivalent from a leading university in a research orientated degree
• Good commercial experience in a client facing or research-based role (not essential!)
• Self-motivated; the role is 100% remote - a high level of self discipline is needed!
• The ability to build long-lasting relationships
• An ability to spot commercial opportunities
