Executive Search Consultant

The GRB has partnered with a Central London-based executive search organisation that specialises in connecting top talent with innovative companies within the HR and Marketing space. They focus on excellent service delivery and are well known for this in the industry. They're currently going through a period of growth and are looking to increase headcount to deliver on even more projects.

The Client Engagement Manager will professionally represent the company and its clients, acting as an ambassador for the brand. They will manage multiple client engagements, using strong project management, research, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive talent searches, and adhering to best practices while adding a personal touch.

The role involves engaging with potential candidates through direct channels, market mapping, and networking, as well as preparing client-facing reports that meet high standards. The individual will also support the team by handling research tasks and ensuring smooth project delivery.

• A degree (or equivalent) in any field at 2:1 or above
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in a related function would be desirable
