Executive Search Researcher

Our client are a leading boutique executive search firm. Based in London, they utilise their sector knowledge and global network of contacts to place the best candidates around the world at director-level and above.

The company currently employs around 60 staff and boasts a fun, dynamic culture. They work across a number of sectors including retail, luxury, fashion, travel and leisure and have successful relationships with clients such as Harrods, Apple, Gap, Nike, Jamie Oliver, Innocent Drinks and many, many more.

They're a certified B Corp, and they commit up to 20% of their time carrying out pro-bono work for charities and not-for-profit organisations.

The role will see you joining their board practice team as a researcher, where you'll support consultants in the delivery of ongoing executive search and management consultancy projects by providing research support. This will include, but not limited to:

• Market mapping
• Ensuring database information is up to date and relevant
• Market research
• Competitor analysis
• Online candidate outreach
• Staying up to date with industry trends and wider business news

What do You Need?

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Desired:
