This company have a big market in Germany and looking for fluent (or B1/B2) German speakers to join their business development team. They are a fast-growing, global B2B marketing and lead generation agency.
You'll be working from their office in central London with a fully stocked bar, roof terrace and monthly socials. They are in a period of rapid growth at the moment, so a great time to join the business. You'll work with some of the biggest tech companies and award-winning creative and marketing services agencies while receiving world-class sales training.
Business Development Executive
- Manage multiple client accounts (typically 4-5).
- Use prospecting channels like LinkedIn, phone outreach, and personalised emails to drive event registrations.
- Attend high-profile events at venues like Soho House, The Shard, and more.
- Generate leads by engaging potential clients and scheduling sales meetings post-event.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Build prospect lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Engage prospects using direct messaging, automation, and cold outreach.
- Meet KPIs by generating leads and driving event registrations.
- Manage client communications, reporting, and CRM updates.

The key things you need are:
