We are working with a fast growing recruitment company who are looking to scale up in the next few years. They are looking for ambitious graduates to work with their growing client base consisting of companies such as British Airways, Natwest, Expedia, Sainsburys and Santander to name a few!
They are looking for a graduate to start 8th April!
Graduates will join the company on a dedicated graduate training programme and work to support existing senior consultants before moving into a full consultant position yourself.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Learning about the digital and tech markets, how they work, what's happening within the industry
- Proactively screening and qualifying candidates via phone, video and sometimes face to face meetings
- Shadowing senior consultants on client meetings and gradually take on more responsibility
- Managing interview processes
- Acting as the middle person between the client and the candidate

- Earning potential: £27K basic salary but with their commission system, which is up to 40% of the deals you'll make, you should be achieving £35K in your first year
- Progression - first progression opportunity at the 9-month mark usually but is based on your own hard work, as soon as you are ready you'll progress and get increases to your basic salary
Requirements:
- Degree-level education with a 2:1 (or equivalent) in any degree group
- Strong interest in the digital tech markets and keen to learn
- Evidence of high achievement on CV, this could be academic, work experience or anything outside
- Credible communication skills - can build a professional relationship with executive-level candidates
