The company:
An established market-leading aviation company, providing a multitude of innovative solutions to clients globally such as chartering, leasing and consultancy. They work with very interesting clients from Premier League football clubs, pop stars, political figures, large corporations and holiday operators. They're challenging the big names in the industry and are in an exciting phase of growth.
The role:
Working within the leasing team, you will be winning business by actively engaging with both customers and supplier airlines over phone, email and face-to-face meetings. You will also be administrating and managing existing lease agreements and inbound enquiries, and after your initial training period you will be brokering your own leasing deals.
You will be:
- Selling the company's services to new and potential clients
- Communicating with airline operators regularly to gather aircraft availability
- Understanding the specifications of particular aircrafts
- Monitoring flights, analysing data and producing reports to ensure operational efficiency
- Travelling to meet clients, attend aviation trade shows, representing the company at events
- Brokering lease deals, maximising revenue
- Partaking in an on-call, out of hours rota to deal with inbound leasing enquiries
This is quite a unique role in the aviation sector, with full training and support in a friendly team environment and genuine international travel opportunities.
The package includes a base of £25K-£30K depending on experience, uncapped commission, private medical insurance, high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, regular socials and long-term progression opportunities in an interesting sector.
About You:
You need excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in reaching out to potential clients and building relationships. You will be getting to know the specifications of various aircraft and the logistics side of air travel, so an enthusiasm for the aviation industry is very welcome.
