A global aviation services provider founded in 2002. They offer market leading expertise including leasing, chartering and strategic consultancy services. They have an international presence, with offices in the USA, Middle East and Asia.
The Role - Graduate Leasing Executive
Working within the ACMI leasing team, you will be winning business by actively engaging with both customers and supplier airlines over phone, email and face-to-face meetings. You will also be administrating and managing existing lease agreements and inbound enquiries. After your initial training period you will be brokering your own leasing deals.
- Marketing the company's services to new and potential clients
- Communicating with airline operators regularly to gather aircraft availablity
- Understanding the specifications of particular aircraft
- Monitoring flights, analysing data and producing reports to ensure operational efficiency
- Travelling to meet clients, attend aviation trade shows, representing the company at events
- Updating and maintaining the company's CRM
- Brokering leasing deals, maximising revenue
- Partaking in an on-call out of hours rota to deal with inbound leasing enquiries
Shift Pattern:
Due to the global operational nature of this role, during peak season, you will work Monday-Saturday every other week, alternating with a 4 day week (including a Saturday) April - October. During the winter period, working days are Monday-Friday.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with an interest in aviation operations. You will be highly motivated by targets as you will be winning new business, with strong negotiation and influencing skills. Effective time management and prioritisation skills are a must, as well as attention to detail as accurate data is essential.
You also need the flexibility to work every other Saturday throughout the summer months.
A full UK driving license is required.
