The Role - Start Date July or September 2025:
- Consultative, end-to-end B2B sales role
- Two office days in Newcastle and three days on the road - note, plenty of travel is required with overnight stays
- Full ownership of territory with variety of clients
- Variety of work to include new business, inbound and repeat business, relationship management, market analysis and strategic planning
- 4-8 weeks training on product demos, sales techniques, shadowing meetings and learning how to close deals
- Ongoing mentoring and development - progression to team leadership within three years and area management in five years with formal qualifications in management training
Package:
- Salary of £33K + area allowance
- Quarterly bonuses – guaranteed to be minimum £5K in year one but could be more

Requirements:
- Degree educated or in final year
- Highly ambitious, to smash sales targets and to become a leader

- Must have a full driving license, valid in the UK. This can be automatic or manual.
