Graduate Commercial Legal Executive - £35k - London - ASAP

Within this role, you will be working with the highly ambitious in-house legal team and immerse yourself in a wide variety of transactional legal work, including but not limited to:

• The company's commercial shipping activities such as pool agreements, time charters and profit share agreements 
• Their bunker trading, vessel acquisition and ship finance activities 
• Mergers & acquisitions and joint venture activities 
• Assisting on litigation matters

All you need is: 

• A 2:1 or above or equivalent in a law related degree
• Great communication skills 
• The ambition to work within the legal space in a commercial environment
