A field-based sales and account management role, dealing with existing national retail customers and representing household names

The Role: 12 month fixed term contract
A purely field-based account management role. We have been asked to find someone living in the Bristol area, however you will travel the UK, working on regional and nationwide business initiatives and product launches.
You will be responsible for:
- Working on sales and promotional campaigns across the UK
- Driving the growth of sales volume, the share of the market and profitably across the region and nationwide
- Covering regional territory activity as and when needed, visiting retailers
- Launching new brands and educating point-of-sale staff and retailers with a view to overcoming out-of-stock situations
- Ensuring where appropriate, that point of sale staff are educated, trained and fully aware of all products and price points and the importance of maintaining the correct range and availability of products
- Collecting and analysing data to improve the brand's sales and performance
1:1 training includes negotiation, objection handling, information gathering, distribution, effective merchandising and much more. There are endless career progression opportunities within the UK and internationally.
Package:
- Salary of £34K, reviewed annually
- Company car and fuel card
- Annual company bonus of up to 10% of salary
- Sales bonus scheme of up to £4,500 per year

Must Haves:
- A driving licence that has no more than 6 points
- Desire to succeed
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to daily targets
- Great at building relationships
- Happy to travel - this role includes frequent overnight stays and nationwide travel
