Graduate Customer Success Executive

Company Overview:

I am currently working with a leading supplier of world class automation and industrial technology.

Graduate Customer Success Executive – £26K (Plus Area Allowance and Bonus) – West London

This is a great opportunity for a graduate who regards themselves as a strong communicator with a logical mindset. In this role your time will be split between supporting the UK and international sales team and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Day to Day:

• Assisting with the end to end order process

• Communicating with customers via telephone and email

• Liaising with different teams within your own site and other sites globally

• Monitoring stock and ensuring the smooth running of orders from the warehouse

• Supporting the flow of goods from the parent company

Please note this is a hybrid role.

What Do You Need?

• A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in any degree discipline
• Any experience in customer service/admin is highly desirable
• Must have a valid UK driving license
