Graduate Delivery Consultant

We've partnered with a leading executive search organisation that specialise in C-suite, senior management and impact hires in Africa and emerging markets.

Our client is a highly respected boutique renowned for its expertise in sourcing exceptional talent across the technology, finance, and professional services sectors. The role will see you as a key member of the team as a delivery consultant.

This role is remote, and given their market, there's a real interest in bringing on board those with a genuine interest in emerging markets, especially Africa.

Your day to day will include but is not limited to:

• Supporting senior consultants on their projects
• Market research & mapping
• Outreach to clients and candidates
• Longlisting
• Shortlisting
• Creating client-ready presentations and documents

What you'll bring:

• A degree in a related field would be ideal.
• Experience in recruitment processes or general commercial experience is desirable.
• A strong academic background.
• Confident in discussing and explaining complex ideas.
• A genuine interest or links to emerging markets, specifically in Africa.
