The Role

You will join as a finance systems consultant and will help clients transform their operations through technology. You can expect extensive training and development and will be given clear objectives to ensure you can progress your career to senior consultant status and beyond.

What You Will be Doing:

• Working in a supportive and high calibre team and playing an important role within finance systems and transformation projects

• Operating in a client facing capacity to help and advise companies on how to harness the perfect blend of people, technology and process to improve customers’ business processes

• Hands-on development of technology solutions using next generation enterprise software and platforms

• The opportunity to travel and work on projects Internationally

• The role has a hybrid working pattern – combining a healthy balance of working from home and in office

What Training is Available?

You can expect to receive extensive training helping to improve your consulting skills and technical understanding.

This will be a mix of formal classroom training, gaining professional certifications, mentoring from senior staff and learning through doing.

Skills development continues throughout your employment, all staff have bespoke training and development plan to ensure you career develops in they way you desire.

We are looking to speak with people from a range of degree backgrounds however are particularly keen to speak to those who have have studied business, finance and STEM oriented degrees. In addition you should demonstrate:
