Graduate Headhunter - Finance

This company was founded in 2009 by three consultants who had worked together at a larger firm and wanted to focus on creating a business that is; international, specialised and able to add value to the financial services sector. They focus on the systematic trading markets across research and technology and spent a lot of time cultivating incredibly strong relationships with the world’s leading quant and tech-driven trading firms as well as top-tier investment banks.

The Role:

You'd join the business as a graduate consultant and your role would be to support senior consultants and team leaders in finding and researching suitable candidates within the trading firms and investment banks.

You Would Also Be:

• Finding and delivering the best talent within systematic trading across both Europe and the US
• Researching the banking and financial services sectors
• Completing research that will aid with business development and maximise this company's revenue

• ABB or equivalent at A-Level with strong university academics

• Some previous sales experience would be of interest but not a necessity
