Graduate Operations Management Scheme - Medical Device Sector
We have an exclusive opportunity for a graduate to join a fantastic rotational graduate scheme specialising in operations management. We want ambitious graduates who'll bring enthusiasm, drive, and fresh thinking to help propel the business forward. You will undertake a series of placements lasting up to 12 months at a time and will undertake a variety of job roles and projects.
This could include:
- Directly contributing to the management of a facility
- Obtaining direct line management experience
- Creating optimal manufacturing schedules for an irradiation facility
- Delivering projects to help increase efficiencies
- Engaging directly with our customer base
- Contributing to the development of our culture of lean and continuous improvement
- Learning how to effectively manage health and safety
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the irradiation process and sterilisation industry
- Preparing statistics that will demonstrate the performance of the site

Essential Skills - What are We Looking For?
- A commercially minded science, maths or engineering graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent
- Analytical, logical, inquisitive, problem solvers who are willing to challenge using innovative thinking
- Strong leadership potential; extra-curricular activity, positions of responsibility and work experience
- Fluent in German and English
Note: Interviews will be held in June with assessment centres in July. The role will commence in September.
