The Graduate Operations Manager will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities for service innovation, and exploring the latest advancements in security technology. This role will support the security team in developing tailored, sustainable security solutions that balance manpower with tech-driven efficiencies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to the evolution of the security industry through research and implementation of advanced technologies.

• Manage staffing levels for contracted, ad-hoc, and special events, including recruitment, screening, and vetting with relevant teams
• Ensure the availability of sufficient, suitable relief staff
• Regularly meet and liaise with customers to review contract performance, budgets, and quality standards to ensure contract retention
• Manage payroll for all responsible staff, minimising pay discrepancies through regular reconciliations

Requirements 

• Education: Recent graduate with a degree in business, security studies, technology, or a related field.
• Interest in Technology and Innovation: Passion for researching and understanding technology trends, especially in security applications such as AI, robotics, and automation.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to engage clients confidently and communicate the advantages of technology-driven solutions.
• Strategic Thinking: Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on balancing traditional security methods with innovative, tech-based alternatives.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach, with the ability to work across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
