Global Operational Graduate Scheme - Tullamore, Ireland
We have an exclusive opportunity for a graduate to join a fantastic rotational graduate scheme specialising in operational Strategy. Working alongside senior leaders, you will play a key role in improving business performance from your base in Ireland. We want ambitious graduates who'll bring enthusiasm, drive, and fresh thinking to help propel the business forward. You will undertake a series of placements lasting up to 12 months at a time and will undertake a variety of job roles and projects.
This Could Include:
- Delivering projects to help increase efficiencies
- Conducting market analysis, sales targeting, pricing analysis etc. to influence key business decisions and commercial direction
- Contributing to the development of lean and continuous improvement
- Preparing statistics that will demonstrate the performance of the site
- Having the opportunity to contribute to the management of a facility
- Developing strategies to assist the wider team in securing new business

Essential Skills - What Are We Looking For?
- A commercially minded STEM graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong leadership potential; extra-curricular activity, positions of responsibility and work experience
- Up for world-wide travel, including a 3-6 month international placement
- Full driving license or access to continuous transport
