Graduate Production Manager 

A growing organisation within the team-wear and embellishment sector is seeking a Production Manager to support the efficient delivery of high-quality products to customers across the UK and international markets.

This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• • Optimising production efficiency to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing a team of 8+ permanent staff and up to 15+ temporary workers.
  • Liaising with sales teams to provide updates on order status and set realistic expectations regarding lead times.
