Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Looking for an opportunity within recruitment specialising in sports and sailing? Placing diving, instructors, water sports instructors and Stewards/ Stewardesses into the yachting workplace? Then, this may be for you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Joining a warm environment in which 90% of business comes from referrals!
• Working on an abundance of roles due to the nature of the business: high volume and high turnover!
• Placing the coolest of candidates into roles on yachts across the world
• Working with clients in Australia, Hawaii and the Mediterranean
• Account managing pre-existing accounts
• Joining a very niche recruitment business who have a fantastic reputation in the sailing world internationally!
• 6 months no BD

After 6 months:

• 90% of business comes from referrals rather than heavy cold calling!
• Driving business development, this will be done through Social Media, WhatsApp mostly also, phone calls

What’s in it for you:

• 12 weeks training including: rotations, mentorship, shadowing
• Warm desk!
• 36 hours a week – 5pm finishes (rarely work after this) and 2pm Friday finishes!
• Hybrid working (2 days home) after probation

• Uncapped commission
• £22K-£26K base salary dependant on experience typically should be earning £35K OTE year one
