A leading international recruitment agency that specialises in a variety of business support roles, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Finance Services and Professional Services.
They have been established for over 50 years and as a result, are one of the most successful recruitment agencies in the UK.
** Please note- this company are offering start dates of January to March **
Graduate Training Programme
You will spend the first 3 months of your role in a rotational role within the business where you will learn the ins and outs of how the business works.
- You start in an Ops coordinator role where you will be responsible for responding to different inbound enquiries
- You get involved in different business projects which could be a variety of different things from data analysis to updating and writing policies and procedures
- Every 2 weeks you will work on your presentation skills where you will give a presentation to the CEO about your key findings and progression that has occurred during your time in the role
- After 3 months you will build a business plan to submit to each team which will then allow you to progress into a recruitment consultant
- Once you are in the recruitment role, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment where you are involved in business development, sourcing candidates and closing deals
Training- you will be mentored by the CEO who has 50 years of experience. You will learn the ins and outs of business before progressing to a recruitment consultant
Progression- there is fantastic progression which includes going from a trainee to a team leader to a Divisional leader which can be done in a matter of years. You can also set up your own brand within the business, you will get the financial backing to set up your own recruitment agency where you can grow your own team.
Salary- you will start on a salary of £27K which will increase as you progress.
What do you need?
- Graduated with a 2:1 in any degree (Or equivalent)
- Customer service experience (this can be working in any customer-facing role such as Tesco, McDonalds etc)
- Evidence of being a high achiever
- Happy to be in the office Monday-Friday
