They have a presence in France, New York, Belgium, and plans to expand into Portugal and London. Clients include notable financial institutions such as Santander, BNP Paribas, and Deloitte.
Role Overview:
As a graduate sales manager, you'll play a vital role in managing, attracting, and placing consultancy candidates. Initially, your focus will be on ensuring the right consultants are matched with the right clients.
Upon achieving 12 placements, you will move into the client side of things where you will be building and managing relationships with clients in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage consultancy candidates for financial services clients.
- Build and nurture new client relationships.
- Manage and develop existing client accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
