The Role:
You will be working as part of a busy global support team providing 1st line support to their clients. This will include taking calls and handling incident or service requests. this role is mostly a client support role but may also involve working for deployments, maintenance and other tasks related to service delivery as needed.
You could be involved in:
- Providing support via phone and email to the end users of the client's software products
- Monitoring network, server and system alerts
- Liaising between 3rd party vendors
- updating of internal systems and processes

Skills:
EITHER: Prior Technical support/Help desk experience
OR: A recent university graduate who has strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills. You need to have had some prior customer-facing experience either gained in retail or hospitality or working with the general public in other part-time roles.
You need to have excellent research, analytical and communication skills, and have a passion for innovation and technology in general.
