We are working with a rapidly growing recruitment company that specialises in headhunting across the software markets throughout the US, UK and Europe. They build high-performing teams for software start-ups that work with innovative software solutions and large global companies such as Adobe and IBM.

They have multiple offices in the UK and a New York office which was started by one of their existing consultants, who wanted a new challenge. With plans to expand across the US (California), Singapore and Australia, they are now looking to hire multiple grads in their Manchester office who will drive the growth of their UK offices and will potentially set up future offices abroad (should that be of interest).

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Graduates will come into the business as a resource consultant. 

• Headhunting using LinkedIn and existing contacts
• Liaising with candidates to grow your network
• Industry research
• Training you on the company, industry and sales and recruitment sector
• Regular social outings with the team
• Very collaborative, all about sharing good candidates, leads and marketing information.

• Earning potential: The base salary is dependent on the person and experience. You of course receive commission on top of that! You should expect to earn £40K OTE in your first year and then £70K in your first full year as a full consultant. Many consultants are earning £100K+ (which will take a few years to get to, but your hard work will be rewarded).

• Multiple career paths into the sales side of the business or management.

Requirements:

• They are looking for people who have excellent communication skills - can you speak confidently to directors and ask them questions to understand what they do and the SaaS market?

• Interest in the software, tech and SaaS markets and curious to learn and ask questions - the learning never stops as their markets change so rapidly and new start-ups constantly appear with innovative technology.

• Degree-level education (or equivalent) - open on degree group and grade.

• Evidence of working hard and achieving something could be university but also want other examples.

• Must be living in a commutable distance from Epsom, or realistically in a position to relocate.
