Associate Recruitment Consultant - £27.5K plus commission
In this role, you will be completely trained to become the next top recruitment consultant. You will be coached by some of the best and most successful UK and International Recruiters.
- Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
- Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)
- Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face
What you Will Need
- A 2:1 or above in your chosen subject (or equivalent)
- You will need to be committed as it does take a while to be successful
- You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be networking with C Level executives
- You will need to be a hard worker who enjoys being busy and achieving
- Evidence of being a high achiever (this can be shown through academics, work experience or extra-curriculars).
