Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £22K-£25K OTE £30K

• Market research on your target market
• Reaching out to new clients to identify their need
• Building long term relationships with new and existing clients
• Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)

What do You Need?

• A degree - they are open on subject
• Evidence of being a high achiever (this can be shown through academics, work experience or extra-curricular activities 
• Target driven and looking for a career in recruitment 
• Based in Manchester or happy to relocate
• Available to start ASAP
