Job Description

You'll join as a trainee recruitment consultant, where you'll initially focus on identifying top talent within their niche. Whilst doing so, you'll undertake a 13-week training programme, delivered by trainers and consultants alike to mould you into a widely successful recruitment consultant. Once you complete your initial training, you'll get involved in more client facing work, eventually winning and delivering for your own clients.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate, any degree can be considered

• A confident communicator who can't be afraid of the phone as a big part of your role will be speaking to candidates and clients you've never spoken to before!

• Evidence of working hard towards a goal, can be in work, sports, academics, or life experience

• Living in the Hertfordshire area or willing to relocate (must have ties to the area)
