Role - Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Researcher:
You'll join under the tutelage of an experienced consultant who will support you as you go through the training scheme.
The Training Will Cover:
- Working with their exclusive database of software professionals.
- Supporting your consultant and team by finding, qualifying and pitching live vacancies to candidates
- Managing the interview process
- Shadowing consultants in client meeting
- Market research across their markets

What They Are Looking For:
- Degree-level experience, open on grade and group.
- Evidence of working hard towards something on CV, this could be academic, work experience, extracurricular
- Experience in sales, customer-service or anything where you are using your communication skills, ideally in a targeted environment (not essential)
