What will I be doing?

As a Graduate Financial Accountant with Hill Group, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting and insights to ensure the successful and efficient completion of projects. Working alongside our accomplished Finance team, you will also be responsible for but not limited to:

• Developing financial models to support decision making
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Liaising with teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Keeping up to date with financial regulations and industry trends
• Any other duties as requested

What is required?

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Achieving a 2:1 or above, graduation date within last 3 years).
• Must be able to commute to head office in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
• Interest in housebuilding and construction is not required but beneficial.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and gain further qualifications in accountancy.
