International Graduate Recruitment Consultant

The Role:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Winning new clients within your target market (360)
• Working towards targets and KPIs 
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Managing interview processes 
• Receiving and reviewing applications
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in 360 recruitment (Ideally in ERP/CRM/transformation/finance)
• A team player: all assignments are worked on together and it's important that anyone who joins the business can be sensitive to others' workloads and pitch in!
• Committed: it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
• Confident: this company puts a huge amount of emphasis on networking so confidence is a must!
