This medium-sized legal firm has five offices around the country and focuses on various areas of property law, family law and clinical negligence
As part of a legal team including paralegals, conveyancers, post-completion managers, a legal executive and head of department, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the phone, taking notes to pass to the team, arranging calls and meetings, providing quotes and helping the wider team with a wide range of administrative tasks involved with the sale and purchase of property.
You will be responsible for completing legal documents and forms, sending these to clients, lenders and HMRC,. You will manage ID checks when on-boarding new customers and help to ensure that property sales and purchases are completed according to best practice and the relevant regulations.
If you have great customer service skills, administrative experience and you're keen to enter the legal sector, working in a fast-paced environment, or you have experience working in a law firm in a similar role, then this could be a great fit for you.
- Excellent communication skills for speaking with clients, the legal team in the office and for taking notes of conversations.
- Great admin skills with attention to detail, to ensure everything is updated and organised efficiently and correctly.
- Experience in an office environment involving administrative tasks would be a bonus.
