Rathbone Group Plc are looking to recruit talented Graduates for their Academy. This exciting opportunity will entail a full 2-year rotational programme involving a range of practical placements within key business areas such as Investment Management, Financial Planning, Investment Risk and Research, and many more.

What will you be doing?

During your 2-year rotational programme you develop essential theoretical and practical skills by having the opportunity to work across various different departments and business areas. During this time, you will receive comprehensive training and support with the buddy and mentor scheme to ensure you are reaching your goals.

You will receive support throughout your studies for the CISI Investment Advice Diploma, once this is completed Rathbones will sponsor you to start a level 7 qualification in Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification or the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification

There is a structured investment management career path which means by end of the programme you will be able to apply for the Assistant Investment Manager role which would entail managing investment portfolios and being responsible for managing client relationships to grow the funds

Who are we looking for?

• Committed to studying for the Investment Advice Diploma and Level 7 qualifications in CWM or CFA
• Must have achieved or be on course for at least a 2:1 honours degree
• An interest in financial services and investment management
• Strong analytical and systems skills
