Rathbones Group Plc are looking to recruit talented Graduates for our Academy, which is the bedrock of our emerging talent programmes. We have an established Academy where you will gain invaluable experience through our formal rotational programme which offers hands-on experience across our Change and Transformation business areas.
What will you be doing?
During your 2-year rotational programme you will develop essential theoretical and practical skills, having the opportunity to work across key business areas such as Project Management, Business Analysis, Change and Transformation teams. During this time, you will also receive comprehensive training and support with the following:
- Qualification - Support throughout your studies for selected PMB Agile qualifications
- Established mentorship scheme
- Graduate and emerging talent community including a buddy system
At Rathbones we have a growing change function which is at the forefront of our transformational agenda, which includes a large Client Lifecycle Management programme which you could be part of. The programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be successful across all our business operational areas.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Committed and motivated to study for your desired professional qualification
- Must have achieved or be on course for at least a 2:1 honours degree in any discipline
- An interest in financial services and change management
- Strong analytical and systems skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads
