What You’ll be Doing:

• Supporting candidate find their next opportunities
• Building long-term candidate and client networks
• Working closely with clients to achieve their hiring goals
• Work within a 360 Recruitment role 
• Prospecting, winning new business 
• Build your sector and recruitment niche

About You:

You don't need experience in the recruitment industry. You do need: 

• Excellent written and verbal English, as you will be communicating via phone and email 
• Experience in a customer or client facing role is advantageous 
• Strong interpersonal skills - this role is all about relationship-building with both candidates and clients 
• The tenacity to work hard and meet goals (this could be evidenced by a previous role or extra curricular activities) 
• Driving license and able to commute to Southampton, Hedge End
