What types of things will I be working on?
On this 2.5-year graduate scheme, starting September 2024, you will undergo 5, 6-month rotations, working on a variety of real-life projects across a variety of engineering functions. The Electronics Manufacturing scheme encompasses the latest high-precision, automated electronics assembly and interconnection processes and challenging automated electronic test system design and development. Engineering experience will be gained in:
- Process improvement
- New product introduction
- Production management.
Renishaw’s electronics manufacturing and associated engineering takes place in a challenging, high variety, rapidly changing environment.

Where will I be working?
This role is based out of our site in Miskin, South Wales.
As Renishaw sites are based in semi-rural locations, applicants must have their own form of transport or be willing to relocate to the local area.
What do I need and how do I apply?
We’re looking for passionate engineers expecting a 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in engineering will be strongly considered. If you are excited about the role but feel as though you don’t meet all the requirements, we would encourage you still to apply.
