What types of things will I be working on?

On this 1-year graduate scheme, starting September 2024, graduate Mechanical Engineers will gain knowledge and experience of a wide range of technical, manufacturing, commercial and business processes. These may include:

• Mechanical design
• Process design
• Dynamics
• Manufacturing techniques
• Design verification
• Mechanisms and control
• Project co-ordination and management
• Purchasing and parts specification

You will be working on the designing and testing of new products, new processes and manufacturing equipment, test systems and set-up tools and accessories. You will also be working on projects including current optimization and redesign, custom product design and test, and much more.

Where will I be working?

This role is based in Whitestone, Exeter.

What do I need and how do I apply?

We’re looking for passionate engineers expecting a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering discipline.

Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in engineering will be strongly considered.
