What types of things will I be working on?
Working in our Business Systems Department, our Support Analysts play a key role in keeping our global IT infrastructure and desktop IT equipment running smoothly, securely, within defined standards and procedures. This is a varied role requiring the ability to provide fast, efficient, and diligent support to keep our global workforce productive when using technology in their own jobs. You will provide efficient IT support to Renishaw employees, IT infrastructure, cloud services and related management systems arising from:
- The use of our standard productivity applications including MS Office, Visio and Project
- Server applications & Cloud Services including MS SQL, Hyper V, M365 and Azure
- IT infrastructure e.g. WAN/LAN datalink outages and issues with access to data storage
- Business critical applications e.g. printing from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Where will I be working?
This role is based out of one of our main sites in New Mills, near Wotton-under Edge in Gloucestershire. As Renishaw sites are based in semi-rural locations, applicants must have their own form of transport or be willing to relocate to the local area.
What do I need and how do I apply?
All relevant degree disciplines are welcomed. What is more important is that you have a passion for customer service with good communication and interpersonal skills, with the motivation to progress into a varied role and play a key part in supporting the systems of the business.
Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in engineering will be strongly considered.
